Complete with detailed descriptions specific to the species, each entry provides the user with all the vital information necessary to purchase, sell and consume both imported and domestically available seafood.  
I was tasked with updating the design of the Commercial Guide Third Edition while still remaining faithful to the previous edition. I was also responsible for illustrating new information that was not available within previous editions, such as seasonality of a species, and cleaning up previous charts and maps.
